I'll be the first to admit that I'm not particularly great at taking shots of people.  Concerts are fun because there's no shortage of exciting faces and poses to take pictures of.  The challenge is always lighting because you're 100% dependent on ambient light within the room -- no flash allowed because you don't want to distract the performers. 

This evening, Kim and I headed down to Sam's Burger Joint and enjoyed these two groups:  Learn To Swim - A Tool Tribute band, and Testify - A Rage Against The Machine Tribute band.  Both groups were excellent, and I think some of these shots came out decent enough.  Naturally, the shots where everyone looks constipated are always the most interesting.
